ISO100 Protein Powder, 100% Whey Isolate, Cookies & Cream

I've always liked dymatize's protein because of the quality and benefit for the price. The flavors run typically sweet but they're way less of a hit or miss compared to other brands. On sale you can also usually find these for sometimes $25-$28. Powders are always a fine texture making it a breeze to mix. First, the whey protein contains 11.9g of essential amino acids necessarily for the building of muscle mass. Protein per calorie ratio is 6.4kcal per gram of protein. This new flavor is my absolute favorite. Usually dymatize makes their protein powders super sweet but this is the perfect balance of slightly slightly bitter chocolate and cream. I mix it with some high protein milk and the consistency is like a milkshake. I'm somewhat sensitive to lactose but haven't experienced any issues with this powder. Another plus I've noticed with this protein is it sustains hunger levels much better than other protein shakes. I've noticed with other protein powders I tend to feel full but still have the urge to eat something. I don't get that with this protein powder.

I’ve gone through dozens of tubs of protein over the years and Dymatize ISO100 is easily in my top three First off the mixability is insane I usually just use a standard shaker bottle with cold water or almond milk and there are absolutely no chalky clumps left at the bottom It dissolves almost instantly Taste wise it’s great It is sweet but it doesn't have that heavy chemical aftertaste that a lot of isolates have It's lightweight so it doesn't leave you feeling bloated or heavy right after a workout which is huge for me The macros are exactly what I need for my current goals virtually no carbs or fat just straight protein It is a bit on the pricier side compared to standard whey concentrates but honestly for how easy it is on the stomach and how good it tastes it’s worth the extra money Will definitely keep buying.

I've tried several protein powders over the years, and Dymatize ISO100 continues to be one of my favorites. The Cookies & Cream flavor tastes great without being overly sweet, and it mixes very easily with both water and milk. I rarely end up with clumps, even when using just a shaker bottle. Each serving provides a solid amount of protein while staying relatively low in carbs and fat, making it easy to fit into my daily routine. I also appreciate that it's an isolate, which feels lighter on my stomach compared to some other protein powders I've used. Whether you're using it after a workout or simply trying to increase your daily protein intake, this is a high-quality option that delivers on both taste and performance. I'll definitely continue purchasing it.

I love this protein powder. It's a little on the pricey side, but in terms of quality, ingredients, mixability, and taste, it's worth it. The cookies and cream(second favorite) isn't as apparent as I'd like it to be. I've tried their Cocoa Pebbles (first favorite), and Fruity Pebbles (third favorite, tastes a little like birthday cake). These are the only flavors I've tried so far, so I can't comment on anything else. It mixes well with my morning oatmeal with greek yogurt (30g oats, 300g yogurt, 70g protein [about 2.5 scoops worth] ). I also use it for my Ninja Creami recipes. I get no stomach issues or bloating issues or the dreaded protein farts. It is whey protein isolate so no blends with casein or other types of protein, so you know you're getting high quality protein per scoop. With 1g of sugar per serving, this protein is TOP TIER.

This is very good, but also very expensive for what it is, so deducting one star to reflect the value for money. Easily dissolved in water or milk, with no bad taste at all.

I love this flavor, one of my favorites, especially using it as a way to make healthier desert options. The ingredients are great, I will say it doesn't blend well unless you shake or blend in a blender, you can't just stir it. Its a great value for your money.... though they could probably get a way with making a smaller container...

Cookies & Cream is easily my favorite flavor of ISO100, and it has genuinely been a game-changer for my weight loss journey. I started a GLP-1 regimen back in April and have dropped almost 70 pounds, which is incredible, but keeping my muscle mass and hitting my daily protein goals became a massive challenge with a suppressed appetite. I need to hit 150 grams of protein every day, and this powder does the heavy lifting for me without feeling like a chore to drink. It mixes up completely smooth with zero chalky texture or weird chemical aftertaste, and the cookie pieces give it just enough texture to actually feel like a treat rather than a medical necessity. If you're struggling to meet your macros while on a GLP-1, this is an absolute must-have in the pantry.

I like this protein powder. It cost more than a lot of them out there but I think you get what you pay for. It taste good and it fills you up so I'm not snacking a lot during the day which is good. It keeps me from eating too many calories. I blend it up in my Ninja or take it to work in shaker bottles. This is basically the only protein powder I buy. I like it.

Initially, I didn't like the taste but after 4-5 days, startes liking it. I am also gaining the muscles. I take 1 and half spoon daily after the workout and chicken tereafter.

A high-quality and reputable brand for whey protein isolate (Hydrolyzed) powder at a reasonable price that I've tried so far. Amazing taste, quality, and fast absorption. I liked it better with water as opposed to milk; it's best to consume within 30 min after workouts. Highly recommended 👍

I've been using this product for years with better than expected results.
