These supplements contain lots of ingredients that are meant to be good for your hair, skin and nails. They are easy to take and come in an attractive recyclable glass jar. So far I haven’t noticed a difference, but the these things take months to be visible. The only downside for me, and it’s a big one, is the price. I really don’t think I would pay the current price of £55 for them.

This is a mix of high quality nutrients in easy to take capsule form to support with skin health. I like that natural and plant source ingredients are used e.g. Acerola cherry for Vitamin C and Bamboo extract for Silica. The ingredients seem well thought out to provide high quality support for the skin. You get 60 capsules in a bottle and it gives me confidence that I am getting high quality ingredients.

I used this in place of my regular vitamin e, as it has included ceramides, and I wanted something to support my skin from the inside. The ingredients list is solid, with vitamin C, E, biotin, and zinc. The capsules are easy to swallow, and there’s no unpleasant taste or aftertaste. After a few weeks of taking them consistently, my skin felt a bit more hydrated, though I wouldn’t say the effects were drastic, mainly on more forehead, where I saw less dry effects. The jar is glass which helps avoid microplastics, and it's tinted which protects against oxidisation.

A lot of premium ingredients, easy to take and not really a horrible taste when taking them but honestly I could not see myself paying £55 for a months supply.

An easy way to get ceramides and zinc into your body in a 30 day supply. I'm not sure about the price though and I don't think I would spend this much on a supplement, even if it proves to be effective. I've been taking it for a couple of weeks and haven't really noticed any difference, but also nothing negative. It's vegan so everyone can take them which is good. As with any supplement it's up to the individual to decide whether or not they feel they need them, just be careful as always that if you combine these with other daily supplements that you don't end up doing more harm than good by taking too much of something. There is no after taste or anything so if this is something you want in your diet and the price is right for you, then this is a good place to start. 4 stars just because of the price, which I feel is a bit high.

Good list of ingredients to improve your skin and hair health. Very easy to use and tastes ok. Advanced formula with ceramides, zinc, biotin, E and C makes it good value for money.

My husband is trying to stimulate hair regrowth,and vitamins are forming part of the picture. I’ve found biotin really useful for hair growth in the past, and he thinks he’s noticed some improvement as well (though whether due to these supplements or other interventions is not sure). They are easy to take and don’t smell bad (his complaint about the last lot of hair vitamins I got him!), so overall a positive I think.
