Solid plates โ start lighter than you think
These weight vest plates are well made and fit as expected. They add weight evenly and stay secure in the vest during workouts. My biggest advice: start lighter than you thinkโadding weight makes a bigger difference than you expect, especially for longer sessions.

High quality perfect fit. These things are very heavy. I was surprised at the small package they shipped in and my USPS person was even more surprised at how heavy they were in such a small package. Perfect for what I needed. Would be cool to see these in a 22.5lb per weight option to get up to exactly 45lbs.

Good product
Ordered my first set only got one. Sent it back and got a new set. New set had some chipped paint. There for lifting so not really concerned. Seem good and work well with the wolf plate holder.
