Slow customer service
absolutely loved this power washer till it broke down one of the main reasons i bought this pressure is because of the 24 month warranty. The only reason i am giving a 1 star is because of the VERY slow customer service. I've been trying to contact someone for over a month and i even though i have gotten responses they came after about 3 weeks of emails and phone calls. I think i have finally got some service but he said he has to send it to the warranty department. i was considering buying another one but i'm not sure anymore. Once everything is worked out i will possibly change my review.

Suddenly, I've become popular....
I bought this because I got estimates for pressure washing the fence around my yard that was considerably more than the cost of this machine. Now that was from professional services and this is a consumer product. Rest assured, this is a really nice quality consumer product. I shopped around a lot and decided this was a good mix of quality and value. I paid over $50 less on Amazon than I would have paid for the exact same product from Lowe's.I've had mine about 6 weeks or so. I've now pressure washed about linear 400' of 8' high fence, two long driveways, three wood porches/decks, and three houses. Suddenly, I've become popular with friends and neighbors! I did buy one of those round spinner attachments to clean porches/decks/driveways. It was great on porches and decks and so-so on driveways. I recommend getting a longer pole that attaches to the pistol grip if you use one of those. Also, the pressure tips are plentiful and relatively cheap on Amazon. They're easy to lose.Mine has a Briggs and Stratton engine. From some other reviews, it sounds as if they have somethings else. I had a question about it and called Yard Force. Since my (basic) question was about the engine, they couldn't answer it and transferred me to Briggs and Stratton who never answered the phone. That is the only thing that has really frustrated me since I've owned it. I ended up having to figure out the issue myself. The Briggs and Stratton phone tree eventually said they would call me back. Well, 6 weeks later and they still haven't called!I'd say it holds about 3/4 of a gallon of gas and will run for about 100 minutes of cleaning before running out of gas. I never have to turn the choke on to start mine, hot or cold. When it is cold, I turn the throttle up about 1/3 of the way between turtle and rabbit. I run it there for a minute or two then push it all the way to rabbit. Under all other conditions, I start it all the way up at rabbit. The engine starts almost always on the second pull. The few times I've flooded the engine (usually caused by moving it or doing something stupid) and with the throttle all the way on rabbit, it might take more than two pulls, but it ALWAYS starts.Check the oil often. It does burn oil as is typical of this type engine. There's nothing wrong with it. It's not like your car. Be sure to run all the gas out of it before you drain the oil out. When draining the oil, use a bigger funnel than the one they give you to fill it because it is next to impossible to control the rate of flow when the oil comes out. You have to tip the machine on its side to get the oil out. I buy my 4 stroke oil at Lowe's and put in nearly a full bottle. A little runs out when I put the dipstick back. No biggie. The worst thing you could do is run this thing without oil. You could literally burn through all of the oil and burn up the engine if you're not careful. So if you're getting ready to start a big job, just go ahead and put fresh oil in.Design is nice. The hose reel is helpful. And the fact that it folds and doesn't weigh a ton makes it possible for this geezer in his 60's to pick it up himself and load it in the back of the Subaru without problem. Just wish the handle was longer. At 6' tall the handle is too short for me. It's really for someone about 5'7".Overall, this machine is very cool. It reminds me of an old school lawn mower like we used when I was a kid back in the 60's, except the engine is more reliable but with the same kind of starting and maintenance requirements. If you're too young to remember that kind of yard equipment, take the time to read/understand the manuals. They'll help. All in all, I'm glad I got this. I won't wait so long to pressure wash my house, porch, deck, grill, or other stuff any more. Oh, I may get an attachment to use it to clean my gutters so I don't have to get on a ladder.Last recommendation: If you get this thing and are doing a big job like pressure washing your house or a big fence, do it on a hot day. You're probably gonna get wet.

Absolutely LOVE this Pressure Washer. SOOOOOOO much better and easy to use than our older one. Extremely, light weight; easy!!
So, in fairness, have not actually used this yet. I'll add more after I do. First impression is that I FREAKING LOVE THIS Washer. Much lighter than my Karcher. LOVE LOVE LOVE the LIVE reel. Our biggest complaint about the current one we have is the hose is such a pain to use and put away. Everything about this machine seems built to make it easier to use. I was expecting little turn screw knobs to lower the handle for storage, but NO, they are spring loaded heavy duty pull knobs making it much easier to use with little to no effort. The wheels NEVER need air and seem very sturdy. Seriously easy to use. So, I put the oil in, poured the gas in, closed the choke (none of the 10 pumps of the bulb thing), switched to on, pulled cord (WHICH was VERY easy. WAY easier than the old machine), started right up. REALLY REALLY REALLY Love this machine so far. Oh, and it just looks good. Very well designed.

Awesome power and Hose reel is great
I bought this based on high reviews for other Yard Force tools and was not disappointed. There was nothing to assemble when I took it out of the box, just connected the spray gun and put oil and gas in the engine (there was a bottle of engine oil included in the box). It started on the first pull, yes – the first pull. Really strong pressure from this machine, so much faster than the electric washer we borrowed from a neighbor. The hose reel is awesome, just pulled out the hose and started cleaning. At the end of the day we disconnected the gun and wound up the hose with the crank handle…done! The design of the frame and the pressure of the pump gets a top rating from us. We recommend for sure.

Modern design
I think this is a wonderful machine. The large wheels make it easy to move in thick grass. The folding handle is great for storing this when not using. The live reel is very convenient when you don't need to use the entire hose and it makes packing up quick. Only issue I had so far is the brass connector that connects from the pump to the hose, the treads began to leak at the pump. Adding Teflon tape fixed that and haven't had any other issues. It is a very nice and pleasing unit to look at also.

damaged in shipment
Nothing is more disappointing than the let down of receiving damaged goods. This one came from improper (imo) packaging that allowed a connector to bend in the brass housing. We felt that even replacing the connector would be futile since the brass threads would probably leak now. Amazon made the return easy but I'm going with a different brand. We liked the idea of the turbo head being included but they are under $20 so buying the WEN brand for almost $100 less and simply adding a turbo head and a gutter attachment still saved us money.

Carb leaking out of the gate.
Currently covered in gasoline bacause carb leaks like a sieve. Nothing like having to tear apart a brand new engine before it's first use. Also be aware this engine is of the Chinese OHV Honda knock off variety. Sure it will be ok after the repair but not every one is a small engine mechanic.

Love it
Super impressed! Especially, with the transfer from water to soap feature. It’s easy to use, very convenient, light, great size, and power. The only thing that I noticed was it’s so light that it bounces around, had to but it up against something to keep it from moving.
