Did NOT think this would be as effective as it wast....I don't really take the time to write reviews, but I'm a bit shocked how well this product wasted.It's only a temporary fix-- if I don't use it for a couple weeks, my neck flaps start reappearing-- but it's so worth it because they really do disappear when used 1-3x/ wk....
