It does not state on the box but the ingredients are Polyethylene Terephthalate and may contain cosmetic colours, Crystalina and Polyester jewels and Polyvinyleacrylate In the glue I hope that helps... I have not had any issues and I have sensitive skin and I have had no come back from others when used.
