Nice generous size bottle with dropper and also a plastic insert in the opening that enables you to control drops from the bottle itself. Gorgeous scent, very pleased with it. Would like more detail on the ingredients. It says 100% organic orange o il but would be nice to know it if is food grade and can be used medicinally. as well as for a diffuser.

The lemon essential oil is apparently better for diffusing in smoky environments.I find this big bottle of pure sweet orange essential oil very versatile and affordable, and its fragrance is uplifting and happy.

I wanted to use this in my diffuser but it’s far more orangey than I was expecting. The house smelt of oranges which I actually found strange and unpleasant. I’ve tried it on my skin but I smell as if I’ve just peeled an orange.I’m really not sure how else to use it.It smells exactly as it’s described, I just don’t like it.

The amber coloured bottle protects the oil from degrading from sunlight / UV rays and the pipette is made from glass. This essential oil is extracted through steam distillation and is 100% pure and natural. There are no additives, toxins or additional chemicals. This product is vegan and animal cruelty free.The versatile nature of this essential oil is great. I plan to use the sweet orange oil in a vapour diffuser over the Christmas period and from my testing so far, it has been lovely to use (a very Christmassy citrus scent) but there are numerous other uses. Due to the strength of this essential oil, you only need about 3 drops added to your distilled water for a vapour diffuser. It will need to be added to a neutral carrier oil for reed diffusers but can also be added to DIY home made cleaning products. Since this is a high grade therapeutic essential oil, it can be used on the skin but because this is in concentrate form it is necessary to add it to a carrier oil such as coconut oil or sweet almond oil, so it is safe.This item is suitable for people interested in aromatherapy, creating their own diffusers / products and creating blends – it is particularly good for the festive season. My wife uses a lot of essential oils in diffusers, but not for aromatherapy, so I can comment on its effectiveness only for general use. She liked it, although she found that she needed to ue a little more than normal to ensure the fragrance permeated the whole room. For this reason only, four stars rather than five. Even so, the bottle is big enough to last for a long time, amd she thought it was good value.The pipette makes it easy to drop just the right amount of the liquid into the water of a diffuser, and when you tighten the lid of the bottle it remains closed even if dropped (which she did by accident).The oil smells very orangey, and not at all synthetic; it is just the type of fragrance you will want to use at Christmas.
