When I first heard about Axe Heaven, I was blown away (Brent pun intended) to find that they had four or five different Jerry guitars. Naturally, I decided to get the Tiger model to check out first. So, is it like holding a perfect, precision 10-inch replica of Tiger in your hands? Yes and no. The overall quality of the craftsmanship is excellent. It really is a scale model, so every shape, knob, and feature is there just like the real thing. I would say that the provided image pretty much does it justice. The colors are also fairly true to the original, with some minor things you could pick at. The finish isn't as smooth as I had hoped (think little touch-up paint issues). Also, probably the biggest let down was that the Tiger inlay is not made of anything special. It's just a blurry, bluish image of the inlay printed out on computer paper and stuck under a little plastic oval. At a distance, on my office desk, these defects aren't all that noticeable. The size is perfect; not too small, but not too big of a statement piece. It's the only Dead-related item I have on my desk, so it's always cool to meet coworkers 'in the know' who walk by and recognize it. I like it and I would recommend it, but there's one other major flaw to point out. The guitar display stand that is included is poorly constructed and there's basically no way to set it up with Tiger to make it look good. The neck part of the stand seems to push the guitar forward, and it never looks level. I just prop my Tiger up in the corner of my desk, but then of course it slips around sometimes. I'm considering just throwing the stand away and coming up with something else for it. Also, be weary of price fluctuations as I purchased this item at $35.

Great detail. Awesome collectable. Visited AXE HEAVEN website when this item peaked my curiosity and was blown away by what they offer. Everything from Lemmy's iconic leather western design Richenbacher bass, to Eddie's frankenstrat, and striped Kramer's. As well as drum kits, Marshall stacks etc. Love it.

Arrived broken, I live 60 miles from a drop off spot for returns, wasn't going to pay more in gas to drive to return. Not well made at all
