After so many years of using a stovetop kettle, about six months ago I finally bought an electric kettle and have been using it almost every day since. It made me wonder how I ever did without an electric kettle for so long. The kettle was pretty simple. It was a "Amazon Choice" and a very good one. It heated up the water very quickly and was easy to keep clean. The other day I thought it would be even more handy to have an electric kettle that stopped heating when a pre-programmed temperature setting was put in. I started looking for an electric temperature controlled kettle on Amazon and so many popped up. After reading so many reviews, I chose this Fellow Stagg EKG Pro Gooseneck. It had very good reviews and I liked the design. I was also familiar with the quality of Fellow products. When it arrived the next day I immediately put it to use and, I can honestly say, I haven't been this impressed and in love with an electronic device since my iPhone. It heats the water up very VERY quickly and even shows you the progression of temperature. It's SO easy to dial in the settings that I didn't even need to look in the instruction manual. I also love how you can pour and then put the kettle back on the base and it will HOLD that exact temperature for when you need to finish your brewing. I LOVE this kettle. I'm absolutely blown away by the quality construction, ease of operation and the compact design. It holds enough water for three 12 oz. mugs of coffee. The Fellow products are on the pricey side but it's the BMW or Mercedes of gadgets. I bought their coffee bean grinder a few years ago ago and have been extremely happy with it. I HIGHLY recommend this kettle. By the way, if you don't want a gooseneck kettle, Fellow has the same kettle with a traditional pour spout. I went with the gooseneck because I like to have precise water placement when I brew my coffee. This kettle is....let's see....what word can I use to describe it...OK....it's SENSATIONAL!!! Treat yourself and BUY IT!!

My love for Fellow products honestly started with this kettle, and it’s still one of my favorite pieces in the kitchen. It gets daily use and has completely replaced my BALMUDA The Kettle, which I had been using for over 3 years. The design is sleek and modern, but more importantly, it performs flawlessly. The precise temperature control and smooth, controlled pour make it perfect for pour-over coffee and tea. It heats quickly, holds temperature well, and just feels great to use every single day. Build quality is excellent, and it’s held up beautifully with constant use. If you’re on the fence, this is one of those products that truly delivers—worth every penny.

Functional as it is beautiful. We use this kettle daily for pour-overs and tea. The temp control is easy and it will hold at the level for at least 30 mins. There are no beeps, which sounds like a weird thing to call out but it is nice to not hear the sound at 5am. We don’t think this kettle works as fast as our Cuisinart. But it is way prettier and the no-beeps thing is a plus.

Doesn't display temperature properly, customer support says it'll be fixed in a firmware update -- months later, still no update. Ask for a warranty replacement, wait days to hear back each time, then I'm told I need to mail my unit back first before I can receive the new one which means I have no kettle to use for how long? Stay away from this company and product, totally not worth the money. Video shows the issue: cold water is in the kettle, but it reads as if the temperature is at 200 degrees already. I need to lift up and put the kettle back down in order for it to reset itself. Unacceptable for something this expensive.

I replaced my KitchenAid kettle with this Fellow Stagg EKG Pro Electric Gooseneck Kettle and the difference was immediately noticeable. It’s clearly designed with pour-over coffee in mind, but it works beautifully for tea as well. The temperature control is precise, the pour feels smooth and controlled, and the overall build quality feels premium and well thought out. I’ve been extremely happy with this purchase so far. My only regret is not spending a little extra for the Studio version lol.

I've only been using this kettle for about a week, but I'm starting to wonder how I ever got along without it. It's everything it is supposed to be: it's easy to set up, the temperature control is very precise, it heats very fast, and it has a built-in timer that is very useful. I think this is a terrific kettle, and I highly recommend it.

Worth the premium cost. Sleek design, easy to use and easy to clean. Quality is top notch so I’m confident in using it for the next decade.

This kettle has been a welcome addition to our pour over coffee routine each morning. It is simple to use, the water heats swiftly and keeps warm until used, and the device offers a helpful beep to notify the user when the desired temperature has been reached. It also is an attractive design. The kettle itself deserves 4-5 stars. HOWEVER, due to user error, the kettle bottom has been damaged/melted and we have been attempting to contact the maker, FELLOW, for some assistance with repair/replacement parts. The methods on their website "Chat with us", "Phone Appointment", and "Submit a Support Request", have all been fruitless. We are unable to contact anyone at FELLOW. BUYER BEWARE - should you also need assistance from the company, you too may be "served" in this same way.

We’ve had this a couple of weeks and love it so far. It’s beautiful and functional. Being able to keep the water at the proper temperature is fantastic. Hopefully it lasts.

Surprisingly bad quality. Precision, design - yes. The bottom became rusty, nose became rusty. It’s not a stainless steel.
