Q: Is it large enough for a medium to large size turkey?

I am using it for a 7Kg Turkey. It is the biggest that will fit my oven.

Q: My oven is 43cm wide. Will this tray be too wide to take in and out comfortably?

The tray has a 1cm flange around the top and when measured across the widest part of this it measured 42cm so will fit inside a 43cm oven

Q: How thick is the steel.

Not very thick but ive bought expensive smaller trays and i have to say these are byfar better well worth £10 and perfect for a large family roast or large xmas turkey...you cant go wrong you wont get anything near as good for the price.
