A&D Medical Blood Pressure Monitor BIHS Approved UK Blood Pressure Machine with large cuff UA-651SL

I recently purchased the A&D Medical Blood Pressure Monitor UA-651SL, and I’m extremely happy with its performance. The fact that it’s BIHS approved reassured me about its accuracy, and so far, it has been spot on with my readings compared to my doctor’s office. The large cuff is a big plus for me, as it’s comfortable and fits easily without feeling too tight. It’s also very simple to use—just one button to press, and you get a clear, easy-to-read result on the screen in seconds. I also appreciate the memory function, which lets me keep track of my readings over time. It’s well-made and feels durable, so I trust that it’ll last for a long time. Overall, a great blood pressure machine that’s reliable, accurate, and well worth the price. Highly recommend!

Lovely machine, easy to use and accurate device

While I can't compare it to another blood pressure monitor, I believe it to be reasonably accurate. The monitor is relatively user-friendly with simple-to-read display measurements which do not take overly long to finish reading; within two minutes. The large cuff is quite nice, however it has once in a while pinched on my arm causing minor bruises. Having said that, it is well made and tightly secured so that there is no movement during the readings. Overall I would recommend this blood pressure monitor to others.

Me and my wife both use this. Its simple to use and set up and very accurate. Its comfortable in use, very compact, with a clear screen. Its lightweight and easy to move round. If you need a monitor, I recommend this one.

This is a simple, solid and well made blood pressure meter at a great price. A&D do have clinical validations (confirmed by other websites) for their technology so you've got to believe this is accurate. It certainly gives more consistent readings than other bp monitors we've had. The cuff is particularly well-designed; it pulls tight through a long metal loop and is easy to fit with one hand. I managed to take my wrist pulse on the testing arm as the cuff deflated. I could feel the pulse restart at the exact same pressure that the monitor then recorded. That doesn't necessarily mean that the pressure reading is correct, but it does show that the monitor is detecting the change in pulse correctly.

Ho comprato per mia mamma, che aveva apparecchio della stessa marca con altri opzioni che alla fine non li usava mai. Per sbaglio ha attaccato adattatore più potente è bruciato la macchinetta... Ho preso questo più piccolo ma con funzionalità essenziali presenti. Ora dobbiamo provvedere a comprare un adattatore che è molto comodo per chi usa la macchinetta ogni giorno. Sarebbe più comodo se ci fosse la foto che indica ingresso dell'adattatore. Per ora tutto bene spero che svolgerà la sua perfetta funzione

I have used this brand for years and this model seems to be the most accurate so far. The pressure cuff is comfortable and accommodating for both small and large diameter arms.

Utilise au quotidien pendant ma grossesse pour surveiller ma tension. Top, très facile d’utilisation pour quelqu’un qui n’en a pas l’habitude, peu encombrant et matériel de qualité. Bien moins cher qu’en pharmacie.
