I switched to this K2 MK-7 because it is a better quality and also price conscious according to ConsumerLab. I was using a slightly less expensive brand but it's micro ingredients were skeptical per ConsumerLab.

Seems to be doing it's job. I take this combined Vitamin D pill. I had lab work that returned with some wonky numbers so I'm hoping that this helps improve my vitamin D levels and my cell counts. I have more lab work that's coming up soon and I will be monitoring my numbers to see if everything improves. So far my energy feels like it's improved. So from just that I fielded this is helping. I will know more and try to come back and give an update whenever I get my next set of lab work results done. As far as digestibility and side effects, I haven't had any issues.
