The taste is so yummy and its good for u
I got it today and I needed to drink Kombucha of some sort so i can get some probiotics in my system and oh my goodness the peach flavor tastes so good~ i was impressed and i decided to order seven more. I hope they never discontinue this brand.

Little fizzy. Tastes great at 12 ounces in cold water. Try it if you like peach flavor.

Not that sour, it is more of sweet (like honey)
personally, I didn't like this one too much.It has little sparkling, but it was also too sweet or to the point it was too blend for me.
