Easy to swallow cod liver oil.

Hard to tell without a follow up cholesterol test if these are working, but for the price worth trying

Low dosage
They arrived quickly and were as described. However, I should have read the reviews in a little more detail, since the dosage is quite low.According to heartuk it is necessary to take between 1.5g and 3g per day to reduce cholesterol. This amounts to between 4 and 8 tablets per day. Previously I was taking a well known brand of sterols and to match their dosage of 2.4g per day requires me to take 6 tablets and so one pot of 120 tablets will only last me 20 days. That said at £6.90 they still offer good value.
