For years I was trying to find a natural sleep aid that would help me to STAY asleep, and sleep more deeply. I tried everything and finally found my holy grail. As a menopausal woman who had disrupted sleep for years, this is huge. They taste great and there's no grogginess the next morning - I take it about 45 mins to an hour before bedtime. Not only are these gummies completely ineffective (and I actually took 2 at a time) but the flavor is probably the worst medicinal cherry flavor- almost nauseating. Don’t waste your money.

I am a person who struggles to fall asleep without melatonin. My melatonin tolerance ended up being a little too high (30mg some nights) and decided that it was time look for alternatives. This was the best one that i came across. It knocked me out with just one gummy. I would highly recommend!

They are very tasty but they caused anxiety and I couldn't sleep on them at all. I tried them for a few months.

My last purchase of Juna was great, and I could get behind the product -- taste, efficacy, presentation; however, this recent delivery arrived with a deteriorated tamper seal and bits of the seal littered throughout the product. Whether this was due to a poorly maintained container or if it was opened and tampered with doesn't matter; I won't be consuming them. Unfortunately, Amazon does not allow refunds or a free redeliver of this product, so I guess I'm "out of luck."Thanks, Amazon.

The ONLY supplement that has ever helped me sleep. With my Fitbit I can see the incredible difference in my sleep pattern when I take a gummy vs when I don’t. With this gummy I’m getting 2 hours of REM sleep, when prior to taking this supplement I was only getting 30-45 min max. I feel sleepy about 30 min after taking 1 gummy and I wake up feeling rested (not groggy). Also, the ingredients are clean and not harmful.
