This works well to make hot and cold milk foam. Some practice will be needed to get near cafe quality hot milk foam, but it is absolutely possible. The speed and blending power is more than sufficient to introduce air and create fantastic milk foam (Real and alternative milks). The attachments are easy to disassemble and clean. The overall size and cover is sturdy and makes secure travel with the device very simple. In my eyes this product serves two types of consumers: 1. The frequently travelling hardcore coffee enthusiast who needs a way to create cafe quality milk foam on the go without bulky equipment 2. The casual consumer who wants to create great milk foam at home. But does not have steam wand or budget/interest/need in other pricier options. If either of the above options sound like you than I would highly recommend this product. In the category of manual milk foamers, this is one of the priciest options. However, after using many other cheaper foamers, I can confidently say this is the only one that can create cafe quality milk foam.

At first, I was happy with this purchase, but that quickly changed. After only nine months, the product completely stopped working. For something this expensive, lasting less than a year is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, the return window has now closed, leaving me stuck with an expensive piece of equipment that appears to be poorly made and of extremely inferior quality. I expected much better durability and reliability for the price. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

The frother gets the milk foamy in under 30 seconds! It takes just two minutes (heat, froth, pour) to prepare your fancy lattes, hot chocolates, and, honestly, any drink that makes sense to you—even just plain ol' milk, lol. The frother elevates the drink to a whole new experience! The thick layer of foam on the surface has the texture of a marshmallow, and the rest of the drink has a satisfyingly satiating creaminess! The gadget is about the length of a toothbrush, and operates on two replaceable AA batteries (so need for packing cables). It can get a little messy, but that's easily resolved by not filling your cup more than 2/3s its height. You can submerge the frother near the base of the cup before pressing the start button to minimize the initial splash, too. This frother is all you actually need to get started making latte art or even just to have fun making and drinking foam. What's more, the purchase came with a free masterclass in latte art by a two-time world champion. I'm still practicing, and I couldn't have been more proud of my first try (thanks to the intuitive explanations and the thorough video demonstrations). I'm not a serious latte artist, so of course, I didn't buy any of the extra stuff like a cappuccino cup and milk pitcher. Nonetheless, I'm telling you that you can still enjoy basic latte art. It's a fun 3-second (the time it takes to pour the foam) hobby to start your day with, or, if you're like me, whenever you want a milk drink to pair with any meal or snack. If you do want to become a serious latte artist, the video has progressively more designs for you to practice with, and you could always google or experiment with your own designs. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a simple tool to elevate their drink experience and/or find a creative hobby.

I use this every day with fat free half and half for 2.5 months. It never foamed well with the original batteries. The unit started to die but it was the batteries. New batteries made a difference. It now foams much better. I think the original batteries were weak. I foam with cold milk. It is said it foams better with fat in the milk.

The NanoFoamer V2 works well when it has enough power, but the battery situation is frustrating and poorly communicated. Battery Performance Issues: The promotional materials don't adequately explain the power requirements. Regular alkaline batteries don't work well - the impeller noticeably loses strength as voltage drops below 3V during use. I upgraded to Xtar 1.5V lithium AA batteries (4150mWh rated), hoping for better results. While these performed better than alkalines, they still stopped working after only 5-7 uses even though the batteries were still ~80% charged (confirmed by recharge time). This suggests the V2's motor demands more current than these batteries can deliver as their internal resistance increases with use. For comparison, the NanoFoamer Lithium (which uses a built-in 3.7V battery) reportedly delivers 50+ uses per charge with less total battery capacity. The V2's reliance on AA batteries appears to be a fundamental limitation. What does work: When you do have fresh, high-quality batteries installed, the foaming performance is excellent. It creates great microfoam with regular whole milk that's suitable for latte art. My recommendation: Unless you already own high-end rechargeable lithium AA batteries and don't mind frequent battery swaps, skip the V2 and buy the Lithium version. The extra cost is worth avoiding the battery frustration, and you'll get significantly more uses per charge.

Idk, its alright I guess. Works as a frother, works pretty well to make matcha as well - but one fatal flaw. The filter falls out constantly and it can end up chocking and killing someone. No way to fix it on your own either, and removing the filter defeats the point. You might as well get the lithium battery one, otherwise its not much better than a regular 8$ frother. Hopefully the lithium battery version solved this huge issue and the filter doesn’t fall out

The first foamer I received had a defective motor. It worked, but only intermittently and would not hold power. I delayed addressing it so long, it was past the warranty period, but the support team still sent over a new motor. They were also quick to respond and ship it. With the new motor and consistent speed and power, I love it! It foams rapidly, especially whole milk, and the improvement with the screen and impeller to the foam texture is excellent. It does suck up batteries, though. In hindsight would have gone rechargeable

Weak. This is by far the worst frother I have owned. It doesn’t quite get fast enough to really do the job, and the batteries last about a month. I wanted to get the best one on the market and like an idiot, I figured the most expensive was the way to go. This was a complete waste of money. Its replacement will be based on sheer volume of good reviews.

Der Schäumer ist teils mehrmals täglich im Einsatz. Der Schaum ist prima, definitiv besser im Vergleich zum Vorgänger (ein einfacher, üblicher Handschäumer) Nur sehr anspruchsvoll was Akkus/Batterien angeht. Bisher bestes Ergebnis mit 1,5V Lithium Akkus, Batterien laufen zu schnell leer und halten die Spannung über ihre Lebensdauer nicht lange genug. Nickel Cadmium geht wegen der zu niedrigen Spannung gar nicht.
