Talk Talk, Your Youview Box, Hardware version DN360T.01.01.P

Great freeview box no subscription needed just an internet connection for setup that can be removed after or plugged in if you want the i player and so on apps to work. Great tv guide easy and simple to navigate. I recently found out that I was paying virgin media £10 a month extra for the use of the tv box that was freeview only so cancelled the contract and purchase this box £0 per month why pay for free channels on top of tv licence

I was going to have Talktalk TV and broadband but they screwed it up so I returned the equipment.But I had tried this TV box and liked it.Then I bought a cheap TV box but it wasn't very good and decided to buy Talktalk's again.The menus are very easy to use and the interface is really nice and smooth and the TV guide is awesome.The order arrived very fast, the equipment was in pristine condition and works perfect.

Bought the youview box new unfortunately the remote control and box wouldn't match up had to send it back

Ordered the box one day and it was delivered the following day (not prime) so very good service.The box replaced our old TalkTalk box which we have had for a few years but had developed some operating faults.Set it up and had it operating within half an hour. I was surprised there was no operating instructions accompanying the box unlike the first box we had, so anyone getting this box for the first time might struggle to understand how to use catch up on i Player etc.

the box works and is quite good but the remote was poor, no very poor !!!, it was sticky and needed a good clean and even then some of the buttons needed to be pressed more than once to work, (hence three stars) luckily I had a spare universal control so I kept the box.

it all pluged in ok worked ok also very pleased thankyou

when I got it home I was disapointed that I could not record on the box
