I love these knee supports. As a keen hiker and walker I wear them for added support as I have hypermobility in my joints.Recently I got a meniscus tear in the gym and I had to stop my walks for a bit but these support sleeves were great even around the house . Comfortable but tend to roll down and sometimes dig into your thighs depending on where you put them. I've found that they work best over clothes than underneath them

Brilliant product for meniscus tear. Whenever I’m in a lot of pain I pop one of these on and the compression eases the pain from my meniscus tear alot. Comfortable and easy to walk in.

Good product but the sizes are daft. I'm about 165cm & 80-90kg & in no way am XL. I know a few people who are who need a knee support too though.
