A great build!
I enjoy building models that I feel have historical significance. Tamiya models usually fit well and have a complete and useful set of instructions.

Excellent Model
Awesome detail. Kit goes together flawlessly. I really enjoy putting Tamiya kits together because it’s fun. When so much detail is provided the kit becomes a job not a hobby. Tamiya does the best job in finding the correct balance between detail and fun.

great model
these models are highly detailed, great for display, great for old guys like me like where you buy a model that the parts fit and you don't have to spend forever to modifying everything.

Expected Tamiya Quality and Challenges
Exactly as i remembered as a child: exquisite exactingly detailed, frustratingly small pieces that get lost easily, the manual is as good as it gets given the complexity. This is hands down the best mass production model of the A-10 Warhog. Be warned, this is not for beginners. Experience is required.

Great Model Kit!!
This model kit accurately reflects the detail found on the real world A-10A aircraft. Tamiya is another world class aircraft model maker dedicated to quality! Highly recommend their model kits!!

Difficult
I'm sorry to say but this is the worst Tamiya I've ever built. I'm 68 years old and I've been at this since the age of eight years when my father got me in it. The main fuselage was the hardest fit. With gaps all over top and bottom. Requiring a good bit of modeling puddy. Instructions where typical Tamiya and clean parts but. But fit was very uncharacteristic of Tamya. I have to admit it was fun but took me about two and a half months. Working daily.
