Gynecomastia Compression Shirts for Men

Buy this shirt. My husband has been suffering from an umbilical hernia for a long time and has risked serious complications by not getting surgery. This shirt wasn’t even purchased for that reason, but he says that when he wears it, it helps hold everything in for his hernia. He can even sleep better because his hernia is held together better. I was hoping it would hold up his stomach a bit, mostly for support to alleviate back pain. I know that pregnancy made my lower back hurt, so I knew his large belly was hurting his back. (He is in the process of losing weight, which actually makes his belly hang even lower.) This is pretty embarrassing to write all this, but I’m doing it because I want to help people. This shirt has been so amazing for him. He was convinced it wouldn’t hold up his belly, which it does. It alleviates pressure on his back. It also makes him look better in his clothes. His only complaint is that when he wears it, it reminds him he’s fat. lol. I’m not sure that’s a drawback. I read so many reviews before purchasing this because it’s so expensive. Thanks so much to the guy who said “Don’t try this on in front of someone you’re trying to impress.” That’s hilarious and true. He still won’t let me watch him put it on. Also, I would agree with those who say you can’t wear it by itself, like to the gym. The fabric is very utilitarian-looking, and the stitching pattern does form around the pecs. It’s meant to be an undershirt, and it very much is. My husband is 6’2”, 350 pounds, and almost all of his weight is in his apron stomach. He got a 4xlt, and it’s plenty long enough to go over his belly and lift it up! It’s kind of a miracle! (I’m hoping he never reads this.) Since that first shirt, he said to buy him 5 more. Some of them are in 3xlt for more compression, and they work, too! It’s frustrating because I’ve had to buy other colors because the black isn’t in stock much. I can see why they are flying off the shelves, though. Now that we’ve got ours, I’m spreading the word: BUY THIS SHIRT.

These are so worth the money! I've tried so many different brands, and these are by far the most comfortable. Soft, and they don't feel like they're squeezing too tight, but they do compress very nicely. And the length on the tall is adequate, there's nothing worse than getting a compression shirt to cover your gut that won't actually cover it. Washes well, too. I would maybe recommend going a size down, I ordered 4X tall as previous compression shirts I've ordered in 3X won't cover all the way down, this does, and I don't feel the squeeze, so I may order a size down next time, especially with weight loss.

Ive lost a lot of weight and this shirt keeps me from tripping over my deflated love handles. it really works great. wash in cold water and tumble dry on low heat and it snaps back into shape. going to try one size smaller to see how that fits. I wear it for about 16 hours at a time and no discomfort. I feel I need to get 3 of them to make it less of a pain to wash every day. I wished they offered a discount on multipacks but either way it is many times better than the other ones I tried. some of the other ones are ridiculous. If you need a shirt like this is xxsmall then you dont need a shirt like this. This is the only one I found that is sized for the people who need it. Update** Its still holding up. I got one in xxl and it fit better than the xxxl I originally ordered. I find the xxxl fits ok but the xxl fits snugger. The first time you put it on you almost need 2 people. but once you get it on its comfortable. Im going to keep wearing the xxxl but order a second xxl. lost a few more pounds and the xxl is definitly better for me now. One thing I suspect but cant prove is the black xxl feels a little tighter than the white xxl. not much but noticable if you are on the line between xxl and xxxl. When I first put the black one on I could hardley breath but a few pounds later it fits much better. Its hard to put on. Make sure noone you are trying to impress see you in the act of putting it on. I plan on getting 2 more white xxl's. Ive not found another one that comes close to this one I have been wearing the xxxl and xxl white shirts every day for almost a year. thats about 170 washings each. I pretty much just throw them in the washer with the other clothes. They are holding up pretty well but its time to get new ones. Im not complaining. They did their job as a well as one can expect. I dont like the black shirt. It hurts when I wear it. It digs in and pinches my fluffy spots. This shirt has been instrumental with helping me to lose weight. Its all mental but it has helped. I went from a xxxl (kinda lose)to an xl(kinda tight). edit 11/11/24 new update. threw away the black one. not comfortable for some reason. Still wearing the other two almost every day. They are still in good shape after all these years. I would buy another one but the two I have are holding up crazy well. Also great in cold weather.

As a masc woman, I’ve found shapewear that is marketed towards women to be way too femme for me. I got this as pretty much a long binder to wear under a button up shirt that was a bit taught on my chest & gut. Ordered the XL tall, I’m 5’7, 220 lb, usually a W18/20. Fit well with just enough compression, and long enough to not roll up.

Long is long! 6’1” 250lbs and I could stretch this enough to be a mini skirt. Works perfect for my application tucks into the lederhosen nicely. Two thumbs up. Great quality.

Yes they did! I'm 6ft 5in and it reaches about 6 inches below my belly and holds my basket ball shorts up without tying them. I bought a 3 pack and planning to buy another just so I'd have 1 for each day, I sweat a lot. Lol I weigh over 450lbs with a semi large belly, but it holds my belly in place and allows me better movement as well. They do not press into my chest much, a little pressure but more so to help with posture more than anything. I've damaged both shoulders and rotator cuffs as well, these do not press down into them, no pain from wearing them for an extended time either. A must for taller and larger men, especially if you are between sizes and hate wearing a belt that cuts into the bottom of your belly roll like me.

Does it's job but not terribly comfortable and I would have difficulty waering it all day.

Tried one and bought three more. Great fit with extra length so they won’t roll up when you sit down. Comfortable and breathable fabric.
