RENPHO Smart Scale for Body Weight, BMI & Body Fat, 13 Metrics

This is actually the second RENPHO scale we’ve bought, just a different version this time around. My original RENPHO scale has worked reliably enough that we decided to pick up another one instead of switching brands. The main reason for this version was simple: my wife wanted the prettier colored model. 😄 Honestly, having separate scales has also been nice for maintaining a little “lady privacy” while still letting both of us track progress independently through the app. We’ve only had this particular version for a few days so far, but based on our experience with the other RENPHO scale, I honestly don’t expect any problems. The setup process was straightforward, Bluetooth pairing was easy, and the app interface is still one of the better health-tracking apps I’ve used for this type of product. One thing I really like about RENPHO scales in general is how simple they make long-term trend tracking. Seeing weight, body composition estimates, and overall progress over time is much more motivating than random isolated weigh-ins. The scale itself also looks clean and modern instead of looking like medical equipment sitting in the bathroom. The colored design definitely gives it a little more personality compared to plain generic scales. Obviously body composition numbers from smart scales should be viewed more as trend data than laboratory precision measurements, but for everyday health tracking, accountability, and progress monitoring they’re extremely useful. Overall, if you already like the RENPHO ecosystem or want an easy-to-use smart scale with reliable app tracking, this seems like another solid option from a brand that’s treated us well so far.

5 Stars - Excellent Digital Scale with Great Features This Renfro digital scale is amazing! It connects easily with an app over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi and has beautiful colors. The scale is extremely accurate, showing only 2 pounds off from my doctor’s measurement. It tracks BMI, weight, fat percentage, bone mass, protein, and water levels, etc—though I’m not sure how accurate those measurements are. That said, it’s nice to see the data in a graph format. The price is fantastic for all the features it offers. Do yourself a favor and buy this scale!

I thought this would really come in handy when I purchased it. I have found that it is about 1 lb off from the scale I used before. The app is ok but the information there is not all accurate either when it comes to logging activities and meals. The size is as usual as others which is good for where I keep it. It is quick to calculate. It’s a little sensitive when stepping on. I think the quality is good. I gave a 4 star because of the accuracy issues but they are not major.

Super easy setup and well worth the price! My gym offers InBody scans and I compared the two scales' measurements - they were nearly identical - such a cost effective way to keep track of your metrics at home!

I love this scale!! I am having some health issues and this scale is helping me regulate many aspects of my health. It is helping me see numbers that I would only see from blood work. It is a high tech scale and I love it! It links with my iPhone perfectly and makes it easy to track my progress. It seems to be very accurate in the measurements. I love watching my body fat percentages and weight drop.

I’ve had these nearly a year now and they are very good. The app is easy to connect with them and has all the info I need. I’m a medical exercise specialist and I use these for myself and recommend them to my clients. I’d say they are pretty accurate when comparing them to the hospital scales and some others I have.

very impressed with this scales. looks good. nice display. accurate against my other scales. what is the big plus is the app. very easly to uses. records immediately and lots of information available to help track weight, muscle. bone density water etc. for the price well worth the money
