Is this the same product that can be used to lighten concrete mixes?

Not sure on concrete but this is food grade for buttercream and icing

How do I use this in basic buttercream frosting where no heating is involved...There is no instructions for this. thank you

Thank you for your enquiry. For buttercream it would be same method as icing. You need to add gradually and stir into mix whilst heating until you get required whiteness. It is better to heat but can be used cold. I would advise you to add buttercream to blender with Titnium Dioxide and blend well. How to use: Melt your cocoa butter or white chocolate to 35C, add the Titanium Dioxide and mix well together. Only a small amount is needed to reach the desired effect. For 200g of chocolate, you would need around 5-6g. To make 24 macaroons you would need 3-4 g. To use in icing or sugar stir into mix whilst heating and use 4-6g.
