Turned our aquarium around!
This filter cartridge has turned our tank around. If you have a Ciano CF40 filter or similar, it should have two cartridges (when bought new it only comes with one), make one of them this!

Excellent bio filter. I used it in conjuction with a conditioner containing nitrifying bacteria and it solved the nitrite problem in my acquarium.

Done nothing at all despite cleaning before installing this filter
The media could not be loaded. I changed partial water and cleaned all algae off glass before installing this media. You can see it is all back. I’m not over feeding. So the only other thing it might be is that the filter is not coping with the stock levels. 11 small fish in 35 l tank
