You get an insane amount of value for your money here. Love this laptop so much - threw my most challenging game at this thing and it just sort of chuckled. Great processing, great quality, great everything for its price. It does run a little hot at times, but that's always going to be an issue with laptops. Just make sure you get a really good cooling pad as well. Excellent purchase, zero regrets, would absolutely buy again.

Broke in a little over a year. We started having issues with the battery not keeping a charge just a few months after purchase. Then it wouldn’t turn on when you hit the power button. So we googled a solution and found that if you held down the power button for about 20 seconds it would power on. It did. Now just over a year of ownership and it won’t even do that anymore. The power cable plugged directly into the computer won’t power it on. Nothing happens. It’s funny how it becomes completely useless just over the warranty period! We handled this laptop with a lot of care. It was $1,700 total, so we made sure to keep clean and safe from anything that could cause it damage. My husband is a computer engineer so that is a pet peeve of his to handle electronics with care. This is beyond the worst purchase I have ever made! We spent close to $2000 and got crap. This computer didn’t even last 2 years! Also, if you’re still considering this laptop/brand, look up all the people who have had the same issue as us. Save your money and look elsewhere. DON’T BUY ACER!

I sent it back. Overall was OK but the bios is locked in RAID mode. Followed instructions to change to AHCI but unable to change. The bios does not show raid settings even when following step by step instructions. For average user this is fine but I like to do a clean install of windows and when locked in raid it does not show the drives. And they charged me $ 117.80 or restocking fee and only used for couple days. Lesson learned only to buy when it is shipped by AMAZON.

For the price and value it is excellent. I used to shy away from Acer but this Helios 300 has changed my mind. It run at a normal temp which is cooler than most gaming laptops. No issues with performance or temps. The display and keyboard are great for mobile gaming. When you hook it up to external monitors and stuff it turns into an excellent desktop. No complaints and love it overall.

Es un producto con muy buena calidad de construcción, facil de actualizar (ram y almacenamiento), la uso principalmente en software de diseño, trabaja de forma fluida sin problemas, los juegos los corre muy bien a una buena taza de fps solo que al ser la carcasa del teclado de aluminio se calienta y es algo molesto, el SSD es rápido y de buena calidad, la pantalla excelente con buen brillo incluso en exterior, el único punto negativo es la batería, llevo un año y 3 meses con la laptop y ya no le dura la batería más de 20 minutos, cuando al principio funcionaba con batería hasta 6 horas.

Comprei em novembro/22, a versão com 1tb ssd e 32gb de ram. Recebi tudo conforme o anúncio, com uma entrega muito rápida, e com rastreio muito fácil e detalhado via DHL. O notebook, no meu caso, é a versão 2022, então tem um design mais sutil e bem mais bonito do que as versões anteriores, que sempre achei um pouco exagerado. Muito bem construído, o teclado é muito bom, gostei bastante da tela e da qualidade dela, mesmo não sendo uma tela 2K ou 4K. Como um alerta é sempre bom destacar que em computadores importados, como é o caso desse, o teclado não estará no formato ABNT2, pra quem pretende usar apenas o teclado do notebook esse pode ser um problema de adaptação. No meu caso, uso um teclado USB então não tive problemas com isso. O notebook não é dos mais leves, e a fonte também é grande e pesada - comparada a outras fontes de notebooks tradicionais. Esses pontos não são deméritos, apenas pontuo para quem não conhece. Por fim, veio tudo muito bem embalado, o vendedor se preocupou em garantir que o notebook não tivesse problemas no transporte. Além do notebook também recebi um cabo HDMI e um case personalizado Predator.

It's really a great device more than amazing. Quality top notch. Speed more than enough with 16 GB OF RAM & Even upgradable up to 32Gegs. Little bet on the loud side while gaming but not that bad you will feel like a jet is taking of to a new world. I received mine with the upgraded 1TB NVME SSD, However it was openned of an upgrade since it comes with 500 GB SSD, but the package was delivered in a perfect condition even the device was really neat and without scratches. Thanks to the seller for keeping their promise. Also u have to ssd nvme slots for more space or even future upgrads. Screen resolution is perfect colors are great. Don't forget to update your device as well as the bios also Acer provides a really nice interface and apps that helps with keeping the predator up to date annd up to the task. I really recommend this device if you want a good gaming device or even work it is perfect and more than enough for a casual user who likes to do things right without breaking the bank.

Vem envolvido em 3 caixas diferentes e cada vez que você abre uma, se impressiona. A preocupação com a apresentação do item é inquestionável. E após começar a utilizá-lo, se inicia outra experiência. A qualidade do resfriamento deste notebook deixa qualquer outro notebook nacional no chinelo. E estou considerando até mesmo os Alienwares da vida. A performance da RTX 3060 laptop parece a de um desktop, rodando jogos da nova geração como se fossem do passado. Só tenho elogios a dizer sobre este equipamento, que definitivamente foi o melhor notebook que já comprei na vida. Porém, para ser honesto, gostaria de mencionar algo que pode incomodar alguns usuários: o modo turbo é extremamente barulhento. Nele, as ventoinhas rodam no máximo e parece uma turbina de avião. Não me incomodou, pois eu sempre jogo com headset com bom isolamento acústico. Porém jogar sem headset com o modo turbo ativado é o mesmo que jogar sem som, pois ficará difícil depender dos alto falantes.
