I take these to help with my neuropathy in my left foot. Now, instead of taking 2 Lyrica and 6 Gabapentin, I'm now taking 1 Nerve Health in the AM and around 8:00 PM I'll take my 1 Lyrica. I can now sleep all night long with no foot pain! Historically, I needed Gabapentin in the middle of the night multiple times a night. Thanks to Nerve Health, I no longer need all those meds!! They're easy to take. Good size, not so big. Which means it's a good value for the money. I didn't notice any additional energy but that's OK, that's not why I bought them. For me it's all about alleviating pain!

I've been taking New Chapter Nerve Health Supplement for 3-in-1 for several months now, after watching a video by a doctor talking about Vitamin B6 and B12 deficiency symptoms. I am very pleased with all the New Chapter supplements I've been taking for years.
