great shirt, there's not a technical review on amazon for this shirt so hopefully this can help to alleviate this. the shirt is made of very thin material, to help keep you cool on those not so many hot days in England (or if you're going to Barbados, you'll have more luck.) the sizing is as they have on the label 'on the large size,' this is like most of the Hawaiian shirts I have (this goes for American style football shirts as well) the sizing is fair for the label they have on the description picture. I am 48 inch chest with a 50 inch stomach. so I opted for the XL size which is 26 inch from seam to seam if your normal t'shirt is laid flat so 26 inch is 52 inch around your body (does this make sense?) when I put the Hawaiian shirt on there was a gap around my manly 50 inch stomach of about 3-4 inches when pulled tight. this in my opinion is a perfect fit as it leaves a little slack for bending, sitting etc. the arms on the shirt are like most shirts made, so when trying to lift your arms over your head there is a little pulling from the stitched up parts of the design. but this is generally not a hindrance, maybe when driving if the shirt is too tight to start with. GREAT SHIRT, GREAT PRICE. get one or two of these today. I bought the blue and yellow versions from this seller, they came in 5days of ordering and with free postage on top! brilliant
