The media could not be loaded. This LED backpack is a fantastic product. Well constructed, and it WORKS!! My son has one and one of my nephews really like it, so I bought this one for him, he was so happy over his new backpack when we turned it on, wow so cool, you need to download the app LED SPACE, the backpack screen it’s about 14.5”, is very easy to use, comes with many different backgrounds to choose from or just customize your own.You also need a power bank, to keep it going. Size was accurately represented, and the image quality is even better than the pictures here.The backpack has expandable storage, a special pocket for a laptop up to 15.6”, has many pockets to put anything you need. It's bright, vibrant, all the pixels work, the resolution is great, and the app is really easy to use.

I wish everyone who purchased this item file a class action lawsuit against Tesinll. This is the worse app on the web. It's a shame we bought a back that has to just sit because the app does not work. It closes and says this app closes because it has a BUG. I ordered 3 of them. They all do the same thing. Don't work. There needs to be a tech support number we can call but there isn't one. Shame on them.

This thing was the Christmas present our son cried over. He loves it. Easy to use, and freaking cool.

We bought this backpack to increase my son's visibility as he rode his motorcycle to school. He likes that its customizable, and mom likes that others on the road can see him. We charge battery packs to operate the backpack and the images can be controlled through an app on your phone.

Came with two tampons in the bag,

The instructions don't load the correct app. The app that loads doesn't correctly line up images. You "can" display QR codes but they aren't legible. The photos do NOT match the quality of the actual product. The waterproof plastic coating makes most of the images look blurry. You do not have a wide array of colors. You can choose from eight different colors that are chunky blocked and do not blend. Photographs do not translate to the display. It does not include a power source. The instructions say you can plug it in directly to a wall but the cord is less than 20 in. You physically could not wear the backpack while it was plugged into a wall outlet. It also does not connect via Bluetooth. You have to connect it with Wi-Fi or it does not connect.

First off, the backpack did not have any instructions with it (as others have mentioned here). The issue with that is you need to know the WiFi default password to connect the app to the backpack. Without the instructions you don't know which app and that default PW (12345678).I saw someone's post on here with the instructions and as soon as I had that got it up and running quickly. It works really well!!Only issue I have is that I wanted to display a QR code for people to scan, but even making the QR as big as the screen phone still can't scan it.

Really unique bag. Especially fun at night when you can see the LEDs better
