Great Service
At first there was an issue with the mic, but the costumer service was very helpful and got me a new one very quickly. Now it works perfectly. For the dollar amount, it's a great value. Voice comes through clear and crisp.

A rocky start, but I’m glad I stuck with it.
Edit: After speaking to customer service we have resolved the issue I was having with the microphone stand arm. Customer service has been wonderful.Microphone works perfectly, but the arm is garbage.

It WAS good but randomly stoped working after about 6 months. Edit: they saw my review, they felt bad and sent me a even better quality microphone for free.

Won’t fully screw in, leans non stop
The mic is good but the arm won't tighten down and falls over. Screws are Stripped. Get the one that has the table top bipod wish I would have got it instead. Or get one that doesn’t lean over and that screws in fully !! I also try to use it on my iPhone 11 it works but i wish it was louder when I try to make a song .

Surprisingly Impressive
The K66 podcast microphone genuinely impressed me. I replaced my HyperX QuadCast with it and don’t regret it one bit—the audio quality is noticeably better, and it’s about $100 cheaper. It feels solid, sounds clean and professional, and includes everything you need. Definitely would recommend.

Does not work well with phones and has to be plugged into the recording device.
I am sure this is a great budget mic for some and I didn’t expect much for the price. Really I just need/wanted to look like I had a mic in order to make more professional videos. Unfortunately if your use a new 16 and up I phone this doesn’t work. The other issue I have with it is it does not have Bluetooth capabilities and the mic has to plugged in to work. So essentially this will work if you want to plug it into something directly that you are recording on. Obviously for most of us using a phone this isn’t going to work.
