Can this reduce puffy eyes?

I’ve never experienced any probs with Ulay products and I have quite sensitive skin

Mine didn’t come in cellophane wrapping or a hygiene stopper on nozzle which it usually does from other retailers. Is this normal from Amazon?

Same here. It was OK though, although I probably wouldn't buy again because of that. I'll order from Super Drug next time. Delivery is slower but it is properly wrapped and with the hygiene stopper.
