Having read a new book recently called Get Strong, Get Fit, Get Happy I was moved to order homocysteine modulators and these got great reviews, so I decided to go for them. I'm on my second month now of taking them and I'd highly recommend them.

I usually trust Solgar, but this supplement didn’t work for me. Despite being marketed for methylation support, it uses cyanocobalamin (B12) and folic acid, which are hard to convert into their active forms, especially for those with MTHFR mutations. These forms left me feeling anxious, wired, and experiencing cramps, likely due to overstimulation. The trimethylglycine (TMG) may also contribute to this issue for sensitive individuals. For a company like Solgar, I expected better. They should have opted for methylated forms of B vitamins like methylcobalamin and methylfolate, which are far more bioavailable and suitable for people with methylation concerns. This product may work for the general population, but not for those who need active forms of these vitamins.

This product arrived promptly and I have taken nearly half of the contents. It's not really possible to make any claims as to the effectiveness of the product, only time will tell. All I know is that at the time of writing, I wouldn't qualify for Mastermind, but watch this space, I have great hopes!!

these do work , I had high homocysteine levels , and after taking these for 6 months ,my levels came down to normal ,with no change in diet .
