Good quality, lasted many of my 90 degree washes. No holes yet which happens quite quickly with me as they are all purpose socks in my home, sport, work etc. And they are very stylish

Socks poor but excellent customer service.
The item arrived in a timely manner and well packed but was contaminated by some chemical in transit that made product unusable. The company immediately replacement item in an excellent manner and must say one of the best companies encountered for CS. Pity the socks did not meet the same standard. Having used Pringle socks for many years within the family for many activities these socks did not come up to the required acceptable standard and it has been noted that the quality of a Pringle socks and other items have deteriorated dramatically over recent years. These socks purchased for the other half and the first pair were quite scuffed and severely bobbled after only one six mile country walk with threads showing through on both the toes and heel. The fit was great on outset but poor on return with stretching on both foot and top. Washing did nothing to return shape and socks looked shabby after one walk and wash. Subsequently similar results on the other two pairs with other walks. These results were also similar to my golf socks after just one round and shows the quality deterioration by Pringle when older socks used to last for ages. We are not going to purchase Pringle again and will be looking for better quality longer lasting activity socks and to Pringle think about reversing your production trends and think quality like you did in the past. The 3* rating given is for customer service by Sock Shop that gets 5* and the product that gets 1* average 3*.
