I ordered my Instant Stand Mixer Pro to help get me into baking and I am thoroughly impressed with it.First off, it comes double boxed in a plain shipping crate and then the normal retail packaging. The mixer is suspended in clamshell support inside the retail box. There are basically six parts: the mixer itself, the mixing bowl, the pour shield, and three attachments. Attach the pour shield to the head of the mixer, lock in the bowl, and pick an attachment and you are ready to go. I love that the pour shield stays attached to the mixer head. One flick of the locking lever on the back of the mixer and the head lifts right up.The touch interface is very simple to use. Turn it on, set your speed, press “play” and the mixer gets to work. There is also a timer function to avoid monitoring it, but I just stay by it and watch the clock. You can also adjust the speed while in use.The mixer is very well built. It is not made from cheap plastic and is a very sturdy unit. There are suction cups on the bottom of the base to keep it in place on the counter. It does not move at all during use. The motor is powerful and turns through large batches. The start and stop are gradual and smooth.I made brownies the day I received it and red velvet cake the next. The mixer did a perfect job with little effort, everything was thoroughly mixed, and clean up was easy.

I ordered this mixer after our KitchenAid mixer broke. We love the instant pot, so we figured we would give the mixer a try. We love it so far...- The weight off the machine is a bit more manageable. Still very much sturdy-but a bit easier to get in and out of the cabinet.- I love the timing feature-you are able to select an amount of time to mix and pause if need be- The size of the mixing bowl is perfect- The mixer did not bounce/rock or move when mixing. I also loved the small suction cups on the bottom so that it felt very secure-especially when my kiddos were "helping out"- The head of the mixer lifts up very easily and smoothly- Very powerful with 10 different speeds.- Easy to clean and aesthetically very appealing.Overall, I am super happy and impressed with this purchase. No complaints

Our expensive, big name brand mixer died, and I was looking around for a replacement. This one had a bigger motor, a bigger mixing bowl, and would accept all of the accessories we had for the old one - and it was a good bit less expensive, so I decided to give it a try.I really like the power of the machine, the smoothness of the operation, and the suction cups on the bottom to hold it in place for vigorous mixing operations. My only small beef is that the blade attachment doesn't reach the bottom of the mixing bowl - but that's the same problem we had with the old one until we bought a 3rd party blade with a silicone squeegee attachment. I'll be looking for one for this mixer, too.All in all, I prefer this mixer to the old one we had. Would recommend.

I use this mixer near daily! It kneads dough very well and can make so many cookies at one time! It has a lot of power, great capacity, lightweight to move around, and it is so easy to use! Just set the timer and you can focus on something else! I was a little bit worried about going from my kitchen aid to this, but my kitchen aid has sat in my canning room since I bought this almost a year ago! “Only a year ago?” You may ask, questioning its durability. Let me tell you, I run a home bakery, and it has seen some stuff! I regularly churn out a triple batch of pretzel/bagel dough, one right after another, with this mixer! You’d never know. It slows down a little bit when doing such a large quantity (which is honestly probably out of the range the booklet recommends) but I can’t imagine any other machine wouldn’t! I have butcher block and have never experienced any rocking. I have used all of the attachments, and they all work great! I mostly use the dough hook and beater. Love the pouring shield, but hardly use that, either. When there is mess from baking, it is so easy to wipe up! I was a little worried that the knob in the back to release everything would be hard to adjust to, but it’s honestly not! It does make it a little hard to reach back when I have a spook with a lot of wet stuff on it, but nothing I haven’t been able to adjust to!My only two complaints:One: only one bowl. As I said before, I am a home baker. Having to wash my only bowl in between each recipe can get annoying and time consuming when I am also needing to shape a million pretzels, swap cookies in the oven, etc. I really wish another bowl was available already for purchase. The lack of another bowl has been the reason I have not yet purchased another. Don’t want to have to clean two bowls at a time! Haha.Two: does not come in pink :( Would loooooove a pink Instant mixer! A cute pastel pink to go with the blue!

Is it better than a KitchenAid mixer? Almost! Overall, this mixer works great and has a very large mixing bowl, bigger than most Kitchen Aid mixers. Its only "Flaw" is changing the speed it not as simple as toggling a switch like on the side of most stand mixers. You have to touch a small screen, and if you have flour on your hands, it's hopeless. Now, one thing this does have is a mixing timer. Say you need to mix bread for 4 minutes; you can set the timer, and its stops after 4 min. Hands but personally, I would rather have a switch instead of a touch screen.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this mixer for over a year now! And I think it’s just as wonderful as the day I got it. As you can see it comes with three stainless steel attachments and a plastic splash guard. I use it practically everyday, and have never had any issues with it. I use it for butter, cakes, breads, frosting, etc. I think the speed is fine, it goes from 1-10, and I usually use speed 4-6. It’s a little loud, but I think that’s to be expected. However it’s not any louder than a kitchen aid. It’s obviously very beautiful, and I’ve received many complements. I have never tried storing it, it is quite big, but it’s more convenient for me to leave out on the counter. This is half the price of a kitchen aid and it does the same exact thing. I LOVE it!!!
