I have only used it one night but I’m already committed to this thing for the foreseeable future. I got comfy and fell asleep immediately and didn’t move an inch or wake up at all for six hours straight, and only woke up because of my alarm. I haven’t slept like that in years. Important to note that I am not currently pregnant, but I have three kids. I had a maternity pillow with them that got worn out and thrown away but I remember how much it helped, I have been sleeping so terribly and waking up in so much pain that I decided to try a maternity pillow again. It is so helpful in supporting a plus size body and has great uses even if you’re not pregnant. I love this thing. Also the pillow case is such a yummy feeling material, stays cool and soft and slick but not slipping away from you. And it’s an attractive and neutral color. Love this!!!

I actually bought this for my daughter. She was struggling to sleep at her Dads house. So she used this and threw one of my shirts on it and it helped immensely!

I sleep so much better with this pregnancy pillow. High recommend!!

It's sufficient. It's not cooling per se but just a material that doesn't get as hot. It's decent stuffing without a chemical smell but it's pretty unwieldy. I can't imagine getting in and out of this pregnant. Works, I guess.

Pros: the cooling cover does pretty well at not making me overheat. I tend to sweat in my sleep so this was a high priority for me. The cover is conveniently zipped on/off and remains snug to the pillow while on without feeling a jabbing zipper or anything. The firmness remains essentially as it was on day one after months of very regular abuse. It helps me sleep sometimes. Cons: It doesn't hold it's shape as I would like. It has to be used in the upside-down U way with my head on the center "bridge" in order the have any reliability with staying in position. I prefer to use my feather pillows so I'd like it to work well the other way with my legs in the crook of the U. What I desired from the pillow was front support for my growing belly and back support. I don't really get anything beyond what my legs hold onto in either position I put it in. The long limbs of the pillow spread out, flop around, flail about. I'll wake up to some of it flopped off the bed and the other side over by my husband. It's frustrating because I have PGP I was hoping to alleviate with this pillow but all the positioning and repositioning and adjusting I have to do with it just aches even more. For the cost of a maternity body pillow I won't be trying another. But I suspect the C/B shape is better.
