I have lightly textured walls, they are still painted and smooth to the touch, but still bumpy. Has anyone applied them to a textured wall?

I don't know what you mean by bumpy because you said they are smooth to the touch, but if you are saying the wall is smooth and have uneven areas yes they will still sticky. They will stick to anything. If you have small pumps the lil bumps will show thru but still stick as well.
