I had seen people complain about the issue of the capsules melting into a blob but I assumed it to be problem in the hot Summer and hoped it would not happen to me. Nope, it's winter and the capsules arrived vacuumed packed into one flat somewhat brittle pancake slab that leaked if you tried to separate the capsules. They may as well have been superglued together. This item should not be allowed to be sold on Amazon in my opinion. How many people are ripped off by not being allowed a refund? How many times have people not posted a review about this manufacturing defect? This allows the company to get continue profiting off of something that arrives unusable as intended. There is no incentive for them to fix the fundamental defect of how they encapsulate the liquid and how they ship the product. In my opinion the company needs to be held accountable for making money on people who end up stuck (no pun intended) with unusable product because of the faulty packaging and manufacturing method that the company uses.Please note: To have any chance of getting a refund for this nonexchangeable/nonrefundable item, one has to contact customer service via chat and explain that they paid a top price for an item that is unusable as intended and shouldn't be sold given that this defect is not uncommon.

There are a few reasons why I really like this product. First off, it's clinically proven and recommended, which gives me a lot of confidence in its effectiveness. It's a very good supplement overall. I feel healthier and more energetic since I've started taking it. Highly recommended!
