How does the filter work?

The filters work with government-standard tap water (TDS < 500 ppm). We recommend using water with TDS below 500 ppm. It converts tap water into purified drinking water by reducing PFOA/PFOS, chlorine, and TDS.

Is this filter hard to install?

Absolutely not! The twist-in design allows you to replace filters in seconds—no tools needed. Just twist, lock, and you're done.

How to reset the filters?

When CF/RO light alerts: Hold Reset button 3 sec to enter reset mode (2 beeps) → CF flashes. To reset CF: hold 3 sec again → CF off. To reset RO: Enter reset mode, press Reset button once to switch to RO (flashes), then hold 3 sec again → RO off.

How to maintain your replacement filter?

1. Replace CF/RO filters every 6 months to ensure water quality (Replace frequency may vary with feed water quality). 2. Don't re-filter wastewater—it shortens filter life. When prompted to change water, empty feed tank, then refill with tap water.
