Great for the little ones, hand and eye coordination and a sprinkle of creativity, a dash of vision, pinch of assembly, and a sparkle of imagination. Pieces seem easy, bright colors, A guide included to show how to build certain objects and on box. But grand kids like to make their own creations. I love kids off the screen interacting with friends or cousins, the giggles and laughing , love that sound ... play sets allows them to expand and build what they're thinking of. and you can also buy other sets to add to. And some days they spend hours. I say it brings them together the way it should be. Not sitting on a couch with a game system.

If i could I would love these x 100!!!! My favorite, I love playing with them, my husband loves playing with them, and well so does my 6 year old!!!! Lol 😆 seriously our entire family plays monsters and builds and plays with these!!!! We have a few small sets and will definitely be ordering more!!! Imaginative play and building play for the win!!!!

The K'Nex Zoo Friends kit arrived the day before my 2 1/2 year-old great grand daughter's visit. She happily opened the package and engaged four adults in fevered assembly of several Zoo Friends, including a couple animals I could not recognize. This kit was a very good addition to the two previous K'Nex kits for assembling vehicles and structures. The kit nicely complemented the previous purchases at a price well under that of the same kit in the local big box store. My young toddler is very happy and I am pleased with the purchase.

My toddler grandchildren love these! I would recommend a few kits so the pieces can be interchanged and multiple items can be made. For kids who like to work with their hands, this would be fun for them and they are easy to assemble by themselves. Creativity comes out!

K- nex are the best. Grandkids aged 2-12 love them, and create with them every stay!

A great toy for small children, and older ones enjoy it too, with lots of opportunity to be creative. The pieces are made from a slightly soft plastic, they snap together easily, stay together, but come apart easily enough. Achieving all of this seems to be a tough manufacturing challenge, and K'Nex has succeeded. My one complaint is that, as with so many of its toys, K'Nex greatly over-packages this set. The contents fill only about 30% of the box, the rest is air. For both environmental reasons, and simply to be more honest with consumers, I think K'Nex should end this package inflation.

I purchased these for my 2 1/2 year old grandson. I think he will grow into these. His 6 year old brother enjoyed all the different “creatures “ he could create. I wish I had bought the larger set. This set only came with one set of eyes.

KNex blocks are wonderful for toddlers. The large size blocks make them easy to manipulate. The brigjt colors, interesting shapes, big eyes are intriguing for my 4 year old great grandson. He plays with them often. I enjoy watching him make his own creations. The insert provides lots of ideas too

My 6 year old found the original k'nex too difficult to click into place. These are great as easier to click in, the size makes this suitable for both him and safe for his younger brother to play with. They enjoy making all the animals on the idea sheet.
