Excellent product. I have well water that is pretty hard. I have been using a different natural brand for awhile now but the company recently sold to another company and I found it hasn't been working as well as it once was so I was looking for a new product. I hate pods and wanted powder only. I took a chance with this product and love it so far. I used only one scoop for a packed dishwasher and I also use the energy saver drying setting (which with lesser products can cause some spotting on my dishes once dried) and they came out clean and sparkling! No spots and no stuck on food that got missed. It works great and I am happy I found it, although it is a bit pricey. Hopefully they don't sell out too and another company changes the formula. I will continue to buy until then!

Most dishwasher detergents smell toxic. When I open the dishwasher after a load, the smell is not a healthy one. In addition, when using a rinse aid, some product is left on dishes and we ingest that with our meals. This stuff has no toxic smell and cleans well. Dishes are not water spotted at all. It appears to rinse off.

IF you are on the fence about this product don't be; this is an easy recommendation. No Residue, and it works great every time.We are severely lacking in truly healthy non 'green washed' brands and this product answers the call. If I had to give one complaint it would be that the container and scoop makes it hard to avoid touching at least some granules of the powder itself. This is easily remedied by quickly washing your hands after.

I’m not sure if my container wasn’t as full as it should have been, but there were definitely not 48 loads in my canister. I purchased the canister 5 weeks ago, and I was gone for 2 of those weeks. During the other 3 weeks, I ran my dishwasher every 2-3 days. I have one scoop left. I used one level scoop for each load. I like the performance of this detergent, but it’s pretty pricey for the amount of loads that I got out of the canister.

Product is excellent. We used to have a gross soap taste on our plastic and silicone dishes from our old Cascade detergent. We get a better clean with this and no unwanted flavors.

I am very particular about the toxicity of the products I use. I have been using 'non toxic' home products for years but recently found out that even most of them have ingredients that can cause gut issues. This product does not contain those ingredients, and is effective. I am a bit obsessive about not putting food encrusted dishes in my dishwasher, and I have a water softener, I don't use a rinse agent other than the occasional splash of white vinegar. I am very happy to have found this product and hope they don't change their ingredients. I am surprised to see so many uses out of it, but with soft water, less is needed. In my household of three where both mom and dad like to cook and bake a good bit, it has lasted me over a month of almost daily dishwashing loads. I also deep clean my dishwasher monthly. I like that it comes packaged in a plastic free, paperboard container and has a nice wooden scoop. I would love to see a refill option without the scoop and with just a paper bag but this is pretty eco conscious nonetheless. I highly recommend this product to the health conscious consumer.

I typically use pods from a well-known dishwasher detergent brand, but recently decided to switch to more natural products. I was a bit hesitant about this purchase at first, but those concerns quickly proved unnecessary.This product cleaned exceptionally well—better than the plastic pods I used to use. My dishes came out sparkling, and even my glass baking dish was clear and residue-free. There was no stickiness.The amount provided is a bit smaller than I’d prefer for the price, so I’ll need to update later on how long it lasts. For now, though, I would recommend this product.

Detergent works well, and I appreciate the eco friendly packaging, although I think the packaging needs some tweaking. Do not make the same mistake I made and grab the box by the top, I spilled the entire thing on my kitchen floor a week after receiving it. Also when I first opened the package I found it hard to remove the metal dish without nearly spilling the detergent. Some design tweaks to the packaging to make it not so easy to spill would be appreciated for pregnant klutzes like me.
