Just wanted to be sure before buying, is it 12 boxes of lead or 12 single leads per box?

Hello Manga Volt! The price is for a single box of 12 leads. To be honest, I assume the box contains 12 leads, because I've not been keeping track. But you will receive only one box. Hope this helps!

I can only find b 2b and hb in fabre castell leads. cant find 4b

Well, really depends on which country you live in, I can find it quite easily being in the U.K. but may be different for you
