Brought this for my son he loves it. Had a problem with the stand and they sent me a replacement.

PC LIGHTS ON FIRE AND BURNS MY PLUG.
The media could not be loaded. I bought this in July came 2 weeks late wasnt a problem then it took so long to set up even thought it said 30 min No problem again. Then i turned on the PC set up all my stuff and then its good but then the headphones break like the music stop working. And the headphones are like attached to the mic and the PC so when you unplug the headphones it still thinks you have it on so sometimes you cant hear the audio and the mic stops working even if you switch headphones. I cant play any high frame games because the PC cant handle it but then the cable connected to make the PC work and the computer turned on starts smoking a little and smelling and sizzling. i thought it was my plug so i switched still smoked so i didnt care until it did actual damage that night. IT LIGHT UP ON FIRE and i was tooo scared to unplug it cz it was hot and i saw eEELECTRICITY SPARK. i managed to take it off but the cable and plug already melted so i asked for refund spoke to them and their customer assitance and Amazon still waiting to see if i get approved for a refund because i live to far away to return the item physically. Dont buy it. ITS CHEAP FOR A REASON.

Don’t waste your money!
Low quality computer. Definitely not for gaming. Super slow, crashes all the time. Not compatible with some games such as Fortnite.Contacted company for help and they did not resolve the issue.I paid for the extended warranty, and I cannot use the warranty because they are requesting a receipt from the seller. The seller does not want to provide me with a receipt. Therefore I cannot claim to the warranty.Terrible customer service. If I could give ZERO stars I would.
