Does this come in a pair?

YES, an order quantity of "1" comes with "2" jacks and a new jacking rod/handle. The jacks have bolt holes to mount them, or they could be welded on as my original ones were attached. These are very well constructed... as good as, or better than the original jacks.

There are 2 bolt holes in the mounting bracket - or you can just hold them in place and weld, that's what I did

What are the dimensions of the mounting plate?
