Sceptical about buying a refurbished phone and don’t really understand the info. I had a refurb before and was very disappointed but I decided to try again and am so pleased I did! Lovely phone, looks and feels brand new. So quick to get working using iCloud. Very impressed and would get a refurb phone in the future, particularly from Amazon

The truth is that it is the first time I buy a refurbished phone, I have been surprised, it comes in perfect condition and 100% battery, highly recommended, next time I will buy it here again.

Died more or less immediately, Battery settings said 'battery significantly degraded'. Nightmare trying to get a refund. They fixed it and returned when Id asked for a refund!

Wonderful value for perfect phone
I’m certain the “renewed” iPhone SE I received was totally unused. 100% battery integrity and not a mark on any part. My last one (NFC failed) cost £499; so this at £159 is an absolute bargain and I get to still have a great phone that fits in my pocket still.

Good refurbished iPhone
Good to get a couple of year old recycled iPhone, shame that the battery health is only 80%, the minimum for Amazon recycle spec.

bit more wear and tear than expected but a phone is a phone
all works as expected, phone seems genuine far as I can tell. battery life is good for such an old model. only downside is it was supposed to be like new but it arrived with quite a large dent? scratch? ding? at the bottom near the speakers and a couple little scratches on the other side. not massively noticeable and doesn’t affect performance but I thought I was getting something without visible wear and tear is all
