Finding a tinted sunscreen that actually blends well can be a challenge, but this one surprised me. It goes on smoothly, evens out my skin tone just enough, and doesn’t feel heavy or greasy. I love that I’m getting sun protection while also looking a little more put together. It wears comfortably throughout the day and doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. My dermatologist recommended that I use a tinted sunscreen for the summer when I’m outside. She even gave me a couple of sample packs. Those samples were very nice so I ordered some. I will say I was expecting a kind of Zinky smell and feel on my skin. But no, it’s got a very neutral nonexistent smell. And it applies beautifully. And looks nice all day. and the nice thing about it is if I have to go somewhere and all I need to do is just touch up my makeup with a little foundation it works, and I still have the sunscreen effect. Love this product. The price is great. And if you can keep my skin on my face from getting more basal cell carcinomas - well, I’m all for it because I don’t like having my face all scarred up when those carcinoma get removed. If your dermatologist recommends a tinted sunscreen. You won’t go wrong with this product.

It’s a perfect match to my skin tone although the coverage is so light that I’m sure it doesn’t matter too much. It takes a minute to blend in like most other sunscreens. It’s not my favorite but it’s not the worst. I have oily acne prone skin and after using AI to research ingredients in SPF I went with this one bc it was less likely to break me out compared to others. It is pretty greasy and makes my face look more oily than dewy so I just use Paula’s choice shine stopper on my t zone and that handles that issue so that I don’t have to just throw this out. $20 for 1 oz is pretty steep I’d rather just get the Australian gold that has a more matte finish and is easier to blend

I use this in the lightest shade. It's runny, and it takes about 15 minutes to dry down. It also transfers and sometimes stains my clothes if I'm not careful. The stains do come out, but meanwhile I'm walking around with a dirty shirt. So WHY have I purchased it repeatedly? Once it does dry down, the finish is beautiful. It's radiant, but not overly glowy. On my normal (not oily or dry) skin, I don't need a moisturizer with it. Most importantly, the color is the perfect shade for me. I get compliments on how good I look every time I wear it. I wish I could find a skin tint or balm in this color, so I could use it over a clear sunscreen. Until I find one, I'll have to keep fighting the Purescreen Tinted. Anyone have any suggestions?

So I have super pale skin and sunscreen is a necessity. This has been one of the best mineral sunscreen for my face and I love that it's tinted to look more natural. It looks a little white when you first apply but after you rub it in it blends with your skin and looks so much more natural than other minerals sunscreens (no ghost face lol). It's expensive but worth it!

Highlights of this SPF skin tint: 📍Light coverage, watery texture 📍Starts out a bit too slippery feeling but dries down very natural to radiant (sweaty for oily skinned folks) 📍 Absolutely can apply the 1/4 teaspoon necessary to get the full SPF 30 protection, but it'll take a minute to absorb/dry down 📍Tint is quite friendly for my skin tone, which matches Loreal True Match C2.5 (slight cool undertone, light medium shade) 📍Does not irritate my eczema or rosacea, does not break me out (I am acne prone) 📍Sets nicely with a good setting powder and stays all day with powder + setting spray 📍Comes in at a heroic price point compared to other tinted mineral SPFs 📍 Doesn't pill under concealer, doesn't pill when used over skincare (like azelaic acid and peptide/hyaluronic acid serums) - in fact I've never had it pill up on me Low Points: 🔻 The cap does not seal the tube, so product leaks out into the cap every time you close it. I fixed this by putting a small piece of scotch tape over the opening, but Neutrogena should fix this issue bc it's a big deal and really detracts from an otherwise great product. 🔻 Will stain clothes, so isn't the best option for blending into the jaw/neckline About me, so you know how to take my opinions: I'm a minimalist when it comes to makeup but have recently become much more strict about my sunscreen because of difficult to control eczema and rosacea, both of which benefit from a good tinted mineral sunscreen because it can minimize inflammation while blocking outdoor and indoor light wavelengths (both can worsen rosacea). I have deep dark discoloration in my tear troughs, so I appreciate a very good shade match between a tinted SPF and a durable concealer. I also have "mature" skin (elder millenial) and hate when any skincare accentuates my fine lines. This stuff looks like my skin but just noticeably more even toned than usual. It definitely doesn't accentuate fine lines or texture.

This is a very watery product and at least some of it gets stuck in the cap. It works well and feels good but the tube contains only 1.1 fluid ounces which barely lasts through one month of daily use. Tinted sunscreens do cost more and this product is on the reasonably priced side, but I wish I got more for my money.

Nice product and it IS water resistant. it's too expensive for size 30 ML , I would have loved it if the size would have been 50ml for the same price , which is also same for neutrogena sheer zinc face( white cast but absolutely amazing protection) I have severe melasma but man that sunscreen works , yeah I am all white in gym but I am all glowy at evening as well. Now back to this one I had HIGH HOPES but 1. It's of same price as color science when you do the math size wise because it's just 30 ML and color science is better option in that regardz 2. It's quite shiny and oily for oily skin type may be good for dry skin . For dry skin CeraVe tinted might be better option because it's more hydrating but this is more water resistant. I request neutrogena to add tint to the sheer zinc face so that all oily skins out there can use it as our daily sunscreen.

Expiring in 6 months and the package arrived in bad condition.
