I have just received it today. It seems good. Packing is good but what disappointed me is that two of four pulleys are broken. I suggest that such types of fragile parts should be packed separately. I want these to be replaced by seller immediately.

I am writing this review after one week of using the Gym24 20-in-1 bench. It is very useful for anyone who is interested in creating a home gym. The product came with good packaging. Even though the packaging was good, one hand grip was damaged. I contacted the seller, and they sent the hand grip separately, which I have received. Overall, it is value for money. The only issue I faced was delayed delivery. It was not delivered on time, but the seller supported me well regarding this. It took an extra one week as buffer time for delivery. I suggest adding a cable stopper and an extra cable, which would be very helpful.

I recently purchased this gym product, and overall, I am really satisfied with it. It meets my expectations and delivers on what was promised. The product is well-designed and really nice to use. I’ve found it to be effective for my workouts and a good addition to my fitness routine. One small issue is that it's a bit shaky at times, but it's not a deal-breaker. Despite that, the product still performs well and feels sturdy enough for regular use. Product is excellent only one part is missing that is yellow colour pully holder, please provide that I am ready to pay also as i don't want to replace or return I liked the machine.please help. Reducing two star only coz part is missing , once received will re review my feedback
