Excellent for making zero carb cookies
I have made almost zero carb cookies with almond flour and a carb free sweetener, these chocolate chips worked very well when backed at 180C. Also tried melting them and bleeding them into the mix.. nice flavour when used in cooking.

It's OK..
Great for a keto diet in cookie recipes, do enough to choclify the cookie, what is strange is that they don't melt when in the oven. If you are low carbing can make a nice addition to a "sweet".

Give good texture.
Not very chocolatey in themselves but stay as chips in baked cakes and give good extra texture. Hard to find actual chips that are sugar free, and chopped couverture drops just melt away into mix, so I'm likely to buy again.

Loved them , very tasty I used them for mint choc chip icecream I also just snack on them when I need a choccy hit !

Can’t tell the difference!
Love the fact that they look and taste just like regular chocolate chips.....even eaten raw. They are a bit smaller than regular chocolate chips which i love.
