Happy with the pills. I just wish they weren't so big. ;)

I can feel that it works within a few days. No more pain. However, I take it daily with 1 teaspoon of Collagen Peptides (from Bovine). It works wonderfully together. I also have a break for a few weeks from MSM once I done with each bottle, before I take the next bottle.

It has the nutrients your joints need.This particular brand is good because it has capsules filled with powder, so it dissolves and is available for absorption pretty quickly.I've bought other brands that had tablets, and they didn't seem to dissolve well, so I didn't actually absorb the nutrients.I had problems with my right knee that had me limping pretty badly about ten years ago.
