How long did it take to fill the washing machine tub half way with hose?

Less than 3 minutes but this all depends on your water pressure.

Will this work on an outside hose faucet? I use my washing machine at our camp and hook up to an outside garden hose connection.

Easily. Easier than a kitchen faucet. Drain works best downword. Really needs a longer drain hose.

Will this work on the Pyle washing machine/ spin dryer?

Not sure cause every washer hook up is different but for the brand I purchase the extension worked

Can this be used in outdoor spigot?

I would think so if you add an adapter.
