these are nice and thick, knee length socks with a nice comfy woolly feel to them. they would be great for covering bare legs and i believe they will stay up unless your running

Would babe careful what size you order as if your bigger than size 8 I would go for the 6/8 as the 8/11 would be huge! We bought size 6/7 and had to fold toes over as the were needed next day for Oktoberfest! But as for material worth the money as their good quality and nice and thick!

Excellent quality and value

I brought this for a fancy dress idea and the socks are well made good quality...they just don't have an elastic end and are reliant on the knit to secure them but unfortunately they don't stay up.

I bought these socks because I wear shorts most of the year and these socks are excellent for needs walking the dogs on moorlands. Comfortable and easy to get on or off and fill the leg to knee or more no need for garters either. Great value and in three colours cream, black and green and also have a nice design hose top.

It worked well for my purpose, Oktoberfest outfit. The quality was a match to the price.
