Il prezzo e troppo alto è da pochi misurazioni rispetto a bilancia impenziometrica di altre marche ma molto meno costose

I've had my scale for about 4 years now. I've found it to be extremely accurate, more so than I expected. While attending an Army school, my group all went to the Army Wellness center, and we were tested in a Bod Pod and with several other high-tech devices to get a list of our body metrics at the beginning and end of the course. My scale gave the same metrics for weight, body fat, muscle mass etc as was determined by the Bod Pod and other devices. I wish it also tracked water like the larger InBody devices - but I have no complaints. I've never had to change the battery and never had a problem synching with the app.

Dropping to 4/5 stars because the weight can fluctuate a pound. My cheaper scale by Renpho can deliver steady weight readings, why can’t this $400 scale? Accuracy: 5/5 This scale agrees with the professional inbody scans I've had at my local nutrishop. Robustness: 4/5 The casing feels like a cheap plastic, and the LED screen looks dated. App: 5/5 Easy to use. When people say it's hard to sync. Make sure you click "Start in bodyscan" through the app before you step on the scale. The scale has to be initially off before you click "start inbody scan" in the app or else it won't sync. Cons: - I wish it had segmental analysis but InBody probably wants people to purchase and use there professional equipment so don't offer the segmental analysis, professional reports and viseral reading on this scale. - Like people have mentioned the weight does vary. I usually way myself about 6 times. And the last 3 times are constant for whatever reason. Also, make sure you follow the recommendations that are in the instructions; posture, test in the morning after going to the bathroom before eating(and only at this time). Overall this scale is the: only BCA scale on the market worth the money. I tried the competitor "FitIndex" BCA scale and it was garbage.

A scale is, essentially and primarily, a device for measuring your weight. Here's a simple test: set up the scale per the provided instructions, install the app (if any), stand in the identical posture on the scale per directions, and weigh yourself five times in a row quickly. If your readings are exactly the same, it's a very accurate (at least consistent) scale. If your readings are within a tenth of a pound or so, it's acceptable and usable, and where most body weight scales fall. If they're all over the map, varying wildly, it's a bathroom ornament or a doorstop. This scale falls in the last category. The basic function of determining your weight varies by as much as a pound or more, depending (I assume) on how you stand, or how you hold your arms, or how you place your feet, even though you believe you are positioning yourself exactly the same. There must be some posturing precision required that is not immediately apparent, or consistently achievable. And if the primary function of weighing you is suspect, any other measurements are irrelevant. And this scale has only three, in addition to weight - BMI, skeletal muscle mass, and percent body fat. Any of which may or may not be accurate or repeatable. You won't know. As others noted, based on repeatability of results, this scale is not even usable as a common bathroom scale with any degree of confidence. Two stars because it does actually connect reliably with the app, and it does give you readings, just not any you could depend on or use for daily comparisons, in addition to which it costs two or three times as much as scales that perform better. Not recommended.
