I bought this bracket after reading reviews by others, taking particular notice of the suitability of the bracket to support a T.V. Without it sagging at the hinge points. As most reviewers said that it was capable of holding a T.V. Much heavier than mine I went ahead and bought this one. An excellent choice. The bracket itself is very sturdy is supplied with very good and easy to understand instructions. And is truly multifunctional in that it is easily adapted to fit several VESA. Sizes. I was lucky in the fact that my existing bracket which wasn’t suitable for the new T.V. And was being removed as this one matched my existing one’s fixing holes exactly. This saved me the job of drilling new holes. There is one point of note regarding the supplied screws provided for fastening the bracket to a T.V. Aren’t long enough. I managed to source 4. Bolts on the internet. The pack of various sizes of fixing bolts supplied should work in some instances but my Samsung needed M8. And although there was 4. M8. Bolts they were too short. Disregarding the M8. Bolt issue this is a very good item for the price and I would recommend it. Please note I am a retired plumber and gas engineer and a proficient D.I.Y.ER. It’s important for safety reasons that anyone purchasing this for self installation should understand the correct procedures regarding the types of walls and the correct method of attaching A heavy object to them.
